In June, we attended The Next Web, one of Europe's biggest tech conferences, to catch up with some of our favorite customers in Amsterdam. An added perk was meeting start-ups working on some really exciting problems.

One of these start-ups was StellarUp. The StellarUp team is building a community-centric learning and engagement platform, and their stand at TNW was impressive. We first met Zinedine from StellarUp, and we were thrilled to hear his job title included “sales automation,” which is right up our alley.

The week after TNW, we had a call with StellarUp’s team. They immediately saw the value in our product. After a one-week free trial, StellarUp decided to become a customer. Since then, they’ve logged onto GodmodeHQ every single weekday without fail.

StellarUp has been using Godmode to find heads of innovation at universities. Then, GodmodeHQ’s AI agents scour the web to find out if these universities have accelerators or innovation centres. Finally, using LinkedIn and website research, the AI writes and sends personalised LinkedIn messages and emails to each lead. Every message is tailored to the person receiving it, with no templates involved.

In just under a month, the StellarUp team sent out 9 campaigns with reply rates over 20%! We asked Matt and Zinedine what they liked about GodmodeHQ, and they said, “The product is super powerful, but what’s been incredible is the team’s support. Mert and Hussein put us in a Slack channel and respond to any questions almost instantly. Whenever we reported a bug, it was fixed within hours.”

After just a few days with GodmodeHQ, StellarUp churned out of all the other solutions they were using in their sales stack (Apollo and Instantly).
